When do I send out my invites?
We recommend sending your invitations to your guests 6 to 8 weeks before your wedding day, engagement party, baby shower or any other event. If your guests are travelling from overseas we recommended 10 to 12 weeks before. Allow yourself plenty of time to create and craft your design so that you can relax without the stress of a time limit.
Do you have items that match my invitation?
We can make coordinating stationery items for your event.
Can I see a sample of my chosen invitation?
We can design up to 2 digital samples and 1 physical sample of your design free of charge. We do not make physical samples of other stationery items as they coordinate with your invitation design. However a digital proof of these can be sent to you free of charge. If you require extra samples these are charged at - $5.00ea per digital sample and $10.00ea for physical samples.
Can I see the layout, design and style of my customized stationery?
We are able to design up to 2 digital proofs free of charge, which will be sent to you via email. You can make any adjustments before returning it to us. Your final proof will need to be email to us no later than 3 weeks before production begins. For more information see our Ts & Cs.
How do I pick patterned paper for a design?
Firstly we establish your choice of colours and theme. We will then email you photo samples of patterned paper for you to choose from. You can get ideas from our completed samples of our children’s named artworks, banners &one-of-a-kind event albums/journals.
Are different colours and styles available for any product?
You are free to make changes to any of our designs; the paper/card and ribbon colours can be replaced with a colour of your choice.
What Card/Paper Colours do you have?
We have access to a wide range of colours for our products. If you don’t see a specific colour on our website, ask us and we will do our best to find the colours that you require. All patterned paper is subject to availability, when a style or pattern cannot be found a suitable substitute agreed will be used.
What does gsm mean?
Paper weight is measured in grams per square metre (gsm). A standard piece of copy paper is usually 80 gsm. A card that is 250 gsm will be 3 times that weight.
How much will postage cost?
We will endeavour to find the best possible postage costs for your item/s! The cost will depend on the size of your completed order, where it is being posted to and how quickly you require it to arrive. We will advise you of delivery options and prices when your order is confirmed.
Do you post internationally?
Yes, we are happy to do this! Please be aware that international prices can be high depending on where the item/s are being sent to and how soon you require them.
Are your prices all inclusive?
Our prices include GST. Additional costs that may apply are postage/delivery costs, speciality card/paper or extra embellishments.
What if I need extra stationery items after my order is complete?
You can purchase more items after your order has been complete, however we recommend that at the time of printing/assembly you order a few extras just in case. If you do require extras after printing/assembly the cost will increase slightlyas it takes considerable time to print/trim/prepare items.
How do I pay for my order?
Once your design has been confirmed an invoice will be sent to you via email with a bank account attached. A 20% deposit is required on orders of $250.00 and over before any materials can be ordered. You may pay by cash, cheque or bank deposit. Also we can accept credit card payments through our PayPal account.
Is it possible to meet face to face?
